RACHEL MURRAY

CO-PASTOR / NATIONAL WOMEN'S DIRECTOR

RACHEL MURRAY

As First Lady and Co-Pastor, Rachel Murray exemplifies servant leadership with a global vision. She also serves as the National Women’s Director, leading initiatives that impact women, children, and families both across the United States and around the world. Through her ministry, she has cultivated partnerships with organizations such as Vision Ministries International and Global Peace Women, extending her reach and influence beyond the local church to the global stage.

Pastor Rachel is the founder and chairwoman of Women of Influence, a national network that unites women leaders of integrity representing corporate executives, community advocates, and faith leaders, all committed to addressing the critical issues of child development and women’s empowerment. Under her leadership, programs have been established that both confront the disparities women face in civil society today and equip young women to rise as leaders of tomorrow.

Her call to ministry is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Raised in a pastoral family, she served alongside her parents in churches in Marietta, Georgia; Fitchburg, Massachusetts; and in a home missions work in Concord, New Hampshire. As a teenager, she answered God’s call to global service, traveling to Panama to minister through a summer missions program. These early experiences shaped her lifelong passion for empowering women, strengthening families, and advancing the Kingdom of God through ministry and service.
